- Join Zillow Home Loans as a Premier Loan Officer, where you'll originate mortgage loans, build referral relationships with real estate agents, and leverage Zillow’s platform to expand the Premier Channel.
- This remote role requires you to be physically located in Georgia and involves driving results, managing leads, ensuring compliance, and providing tailored solutions to borrowers.

Requirements
- 3+ years of purchase mortgage origination experience as an active NMLS Loan Originator with multiple state licenses, or a Loan Originator working under a bank license
- Proven success in handling purchase loans and building referral business with real estate agents
- Physically located in Georgia
- Completed the 20-hour SAFE Pre-licensing Education and passed the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test - National Component with Uniform State Content
- Strong client service orientation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, mortgage process knowledge, and ability to close loans successfully
- Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel in-market (5%) to engage with agents and expand referral networks
