- Position Description Position Title: Manager Location: Pune, India Position Summary: Wolters Kluwer – Compliance Solutions seeks a Program and Project management Manager to provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to their teams.
- Ideal candidate should have strong experience in a fast-paced environment and be a change agent to drive product offering to the next level.
- This position requires strong communication skills to work across the different leadership groups withing the software development lifecycle.
- Essential responsibilities require the candidate: - Hire, train and lead Scrum Master / Project Manager staff for one or more software engineering teams in creation of best-in-class banking platforms. - Manage performance and daily activities of Scrum Masters, conducting 1 on 1’s, performance reviews, and drive personal development. - Collaborate with Project Management Leadership, Product Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture, and Agile teams to drive development best practices and delivery. - Collaborate with Product Management to ensure delivery of product needs. - Serve as Scrum master or Release Train Engineer (depending on need/experience) - Be a driver of continuous improvement for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field required.
