Description
- The Engineering Manager Aerospace is responsible for the technical resources required to support the daily operations of TurbineAero.
- The role demands strong technical competency, leadership, and excellent communication skills to promote collaboration and teamwork.
- The manager will work closely with site leaders and shop floor associates to utilize technical resources effectively, meet customer and regulatory requirements, and achieve financial objectives.
- Responsibilities include prioritizing engineering resources, managing projects, developing procedures and standards, reorganization of responsibilities, and hiring to fill skills gaps.
- The candidate must have a B.S.
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent, 10 years of technical experience, and experience in manufacturing or repairing gas turbine engine components.
- Knowledge of aerospace specifications, OEM technical data, and special processes is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering applications such as Solidworks and AutoCAD is preferred.
