Description
- TCP is hiring an Implementation Specialist to customize and implement software systems for our clients.
- In this role, you will demonstrate how purchased software systems work to clients, and answer questions relating to implementation.
- You will be responsible for gathering requirements and understanding the customer's business as it pertains to time and attendance to implement a solution that meets their needs and leads them to success.
- You should be proficient in the use of SQL data management systems, have excellent soft skills, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Ultimately, an outstanding Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities include executing implementation project plans, performing on-site and remote install, configuration, and training, managing multiple projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining records, and contributing to team efforts.
- Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, proven experience, technical knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL, multitasking ability, strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and excellent communication.
