Description
- Sunbound is building the “financial OS for senior care,” aiming to modernize the senior care payments experience.
- The company is a tight-knit team with hubs in Brooklyn and Washington, DC, serving thousands of families and experiencing rapid growth.
- The Financial Analyst will support the Head of Finance across FP&A, treasury, and accounting, with opportunities to work closely with leadership and influence company financial practices.
- Responsibilities include developing forecasting models, partnering on treasury initiatives, creating KPIs and dashboards, providing financial analysis, and supporting month-end close.
- Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, 2-5 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
- Bonus qualifications include SQL and Python/R skills and interest in AgeTech.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years total experience in a finance / accounting role
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- A resilient person with a “can do” attitude
- Self-starter who can work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Excel wizardry
- Proficiency with SQL and Python/R a plus
- Interest in AgeTech / Senior living
