Description
- StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience globally.
- The Research Operations Manager will lead key research initiatives, build and own systems, tools, and processes that empower researchers, and partner with UX, product, and data teams to optimize research planning, execution, and sharing.
- The role involves designing scalable research infrastructure, managing research platforms, creating processes for project management, building knowledge repositories, developing templates and guidelines, and supporting team growth.
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Research Operations, Program Management, or UX Operations, with success in scaling operational systems, understanding of research workflows, and vendor management skills.
- The role is hybrid, based in New York or Santa Monica, with a salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 USD.
