Description
- The Senior Digital Product Manager at Strive Health will be a key member of the Digital Product team, working closely with engineers, clinicians, and operators to realize the company's digital vision.
- The role focuses on delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that improve clinical workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance patient and provider experiences through AI-enabled automation.
- The manager will serve as the voice of the customer, define product KPIs, and oversee the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery within an agile SDLC.
- The position requires understanding of digital health ecosystems, healthcare data interoperability, and experience with AI/LLM solutions.
- The role reports to the Director of Digital Product and contributes to transforming the patient journey through innovative digital capabilities, including responsible AI deployment.
- Responsibilities include owning product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders, and continuously improving product operations.
- The role demands a strategic thinker comfortable with ambiguity, capable of leading teams, and driving measurable outcomes in a healthcare setting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years experience in a product management role.
- 4+ years experience at a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment.
- Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs.
