Description
- The Associate Partner Manager at Shippo is tasked with supporting and scaling the partner ecosystem, particularly focusing on small to mid-sized SMB partners across various verticals.
- The role involves building strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, identifying growth opportunities, and driving contract renewals and upsells.
- The position emphasizes operational excellence, organization, and external-facing skills to help partners succeed and grow.
- The role also includes responsibilities such as maintaining organized records, engaging with partners for operational improvements, and serving as a trusted consultant to drive business growth.
