- The job involves supporting the compliance function in implementing and maintaining a robust compliance monitoring program, managing risks related to investment products including crypto-assets, monitoring legal and regulatory changes, contributing to licensing strategies, drafting policies, supporting regulatory reporting, liaising with regulators and auditors, developing compliance training, and drafting reports for management.
- The role requires a problem-solver with experience in regulated financial institutions, knowledge of European and Luxembourg regulations, interest in fintech and virtual assets, AML/CFT expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial institution (e.g., bank, EMI, PI, MiFID investment firm, ManCo, or VASP) in Luxembourg or Europe.
- Experience working within a compliance framework, with exposure to audits and inspections being a plus.
- Knowledge of European regulations including MiFID 2 and MiCA, and Luxembourg laws applicable to investment firms.
- Interest in fintech and investments, including virtual assets, with understanding of technology-driven environments.
- AML/CFT knowledge, including transaction monitoring and sanctions.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity and proactivity with a drive to learn and take initiative.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
