Description
  • Rubrik is looking for a Sales Engineering Manager to lead our team of Enterprise Sales Engineers and provide technical direction and business guidance to the regional UKI Enterprise Presales team.
  • The role includes recruiting top talent, enabling sales engineers, providing technical leadership, and developing integrated technology solutions for enterprise customers.
  • The manager will demonstrate expertise in Rubrik’s products, distributed architectures, cloud, SaaS, and competitive offerings, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.
  • The position requires building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams, and supporting sales objectives.
  • The role also involves presenting technical solutions, assisting in design and development, and working with CxO-level personnel to solve business challenges.
  • The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience, technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, cyber recovery, and data analytics, and a strong business acumen.
  • The position is remote within Germany and focuses on the cyber resilience and data protection industry.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales engineering management experience preferably in a cyber security, software, data center, or data protection environment.
  • Driven with a strong hands-on, 'can do' approach.
  • Technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, cyber recovery, and data analytics.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, resourceful, and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls/demos per day with immediate follow-up.
  • High level of business acumen and experience working with CxO level personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
