Description
- As a member of Ramp's product operations organization, you will support the company's product offerings, focusing on the Identity & Fraud team responsible for user management, roles, permissions, and authentication.
- You will identify opportunities for automation, build processes, and assist in launching new features, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- The role requires working in-person at the NYC HQ at least 2 days/week.
- Responsibilities include becoming an expert on customer experience, closing documentation gaps, creating product analytics, conducting user research, managing feature launches, and refining operational processes.
- The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in product or business operations, strong data analysis skills, customer interaction experience, and an AI-savvy mindset.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working in product operations, business operations, product management, program management, or consulting
- Strong ability to use data and qualitative feedback to understand opportunity, build strategy, and create product recommendations
- Experience working directly with customers through feedback and/or user research interviews
- Experience building new operational processes from start to finish with measurable results
- Ability to work in undefined spaces with a self-starter mentality
- AI-savvy; leveraging more than just ChatGPT to automate everyday tasks
