Description
- At OLIPOP, the Quality Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's food safety and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, FSMA, and GFSI standards.
- Key responsibilities include document control, overseeing quality data aggregation, investigation support, and analyzing quality production data and consumer feedback trends to ensure product consistency and high standards.
- The role involves developing and reviewing quality and food safety policies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting validation activities, and performing trace exercises for investigations.
- The analyst will also collect, analyze, and trend quality data from manufacturing partners, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for system automation and reporting efficiency.
- The ideal candidate has over 5 years of QA/QC experience in food & beverage manufacturing, proficiency in Excel, and experience with document control processes and data analysis.
- The role is remote with 10% travel, reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, with a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000.

Requirements
- 5+ years of Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
- Experience developing and implementing document control processes.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with EDI systems (e.g., Netsuite), Sharepoint, warehouse portals, investigation platforms is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and ability to handle complex situations involving multiple SKUs, channels, and distribution models.
