At OLIPOP, the Quality Systems Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company's food safety and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with FDA, FSMA, and GFSI standards.
Key responsibilities include document control, overseeing quality data aggregation, investigation support, and analyzing quality production data and consumer feedback trends to ensure product consistency and high standards.
The role involves developing and reviewing quality and food safety policies, leading continuous improvement initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting validation activities, and performing trace exercises for investigations.
The analyst will also collect, analyze, and trend quality data from manufacturing partners, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for system automation and reporting efficiency.
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of QA/QC experience in food & beverage manufacturing, proficiency in Excel, and experience with document control processes and data analysis.
The role is remote with 10% travel, reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, with a salary range of $75,000 - $90,000.

5+ years of Quality Assurance & Quality Control experience in food & beverage manufacturing.
Experience developing and implementing document control processes.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
Experience with EDI systems (e.g., Netsuite), Sharepoint, warehouse portals, investigation platforms is a plus.
Good organizational skills and ability to handle complex situations involving multiple SKUs, channels, and distribution models.
