  • As a Senior Associate, you will be a critical partner to our clients, collaborating closely with internal teams (Fund Accounting, Investor Services, and Onboarding) to deliver superior management company accounting and reporting services to Private Market managers across Real Estate, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate/fund accounting or public accounting audit, with direct exposure to Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds.
  • Fund Accounting experience preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience with month-end close processes, including variance analysis, accruals, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Experience managing and preparing monthly and annual financial reporting, including working with auditors to produce audited financial statements.
