Description
- INFRA is seeking a skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their grocery industry service organization.
- The role involves generating reports, developing visualizations, conducting data analysis, and creating dashboards to support business decisions.
- Responsibilities include data modeling within a data warehouse, developing Power BI semantic models, writing complex SQL queries, and administering Power BI workspaces.
- The candidate will collaborate with users to understand their needs, educate on BI tools, and contribute to the organization’s BI ecosystem, including emerging tools like Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory.
- The position is hybrid, requiring three or more days per week in the St.
- Paul, MN office.
- The role also involves defining KPIs, supporting self-service reporting, and ensuring data security through RLS.
- The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and familiarity with Azure Data tools, with a strong user-centric approach.

Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with Power BI, SQL, and data modeling
- Experience creating semantic models using star schema design
- Performance-tuning complex DAX measures and SQL queries
- Configuring Row-Level Security (RLS) in Power BI
- Administering Power BI workspaces and managing content distribution
- Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, and related Microsoft tools
- Experience with version control using Git
- Strong user-centric approach and ability to gather business requirements
- Experience working with service-based organizations, preferably in food or retail industries
- Ability to collaborate with data teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts and data visualization best practices
