- As an RBT at Finni Health, you will work one-on-one with clients to deliver individualized ABA therapy, support treatment plans, and track progress.
- You will collaborate with BCBAs, support skill development, and participate in ongoing training.
- The role requires a current RBT certification, experience with data collection, and understanding of confidentiality regulations.

Requirements
- Current RBT Certification (required)
- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)
- Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)
