- Command|Link is a global SaaS platform providing network, voice, and IT security solutions, helping companies consolidate infrastructure into a single vendor.
- The Managed Services Engineer will support and deliver high-quality managed services to worldwide ISP/MSP customers, focusing on SDWAN (preferably Cato), internet, and related network services.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting LAN setups, configuring routers and firewalls, onboarding new clients, collaborating with vendors, owning support issues from start to resolution, maintaining customer relationships, and mentoring team members.
- The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3-5 years of relevant experience, certifications like CCNA/CCNP, strong networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper), and knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VRRP, NAT, and network design.
- Compensation ranges from USD 32,000 to 50,000 annually, with multiple shift options, and is fully remote in Taiwan.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced technical environment
- Expertise in SDWAN (Versa Networks preferred)
- CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable
- Strong command-line networking skills (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper)
- Strong firewall configuration experience (Fortinet preferred)
- Deep understanding of BGP, OSPF, VRRP
- Knowledge of routers, firewalls, NAT, COS/QOS, and network design principles
- Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and processes
