- We are looking for a visionary Engineer with an 'Automation First' mindset to rethink our core processes and make our system ecosystem smarter.
- You will be responsible for analyzing value streams, developing automation roadmaps, building predictive monitoring and self-healing mechanisms, automating support ticket analysis, and creating reusable automation services.
- The role requires close collaboration with business units and product owners to identify automation potentials.

Requirements
- Live 'Automation First' and 'Systems Thinking' mindset, finding root causes and developing systemic solutions.
- Solid experience in software development, ideally with Python and SQL.
- Experience with complex ERP landscapes such as Odoo.
- Practical experience with workflow tools like n8n.
- Initial exposure to LLM APIs or ML for business solutions.
- Work according to the 'You Build It, You Run It' principle, taking end-to-end responsibility.
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and act as a bridge between tech and business.
